General Terms and Conditions of Elegánsia Paris for consumers who request and pay for services on the only website of Elegánsia Paris namely https://www.elegansiaparis-bookings.com/

 

Article 1 – General

 

1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements concluded via the website of Elegánsia Paris and apply to the purchase of services up to and including the provision of the services.

 

2. These General Terms and Conditions are accepted at the time that requests for bookings are made on the website elegansiaparis-bookings.com and these requests are both accepted and paid.

 

3. These General Terms and Conditions are fully valid at the time that they are confirmed to the consumer by Elegánsia Paris in the manner referred to in paragraph 2 of this article.

 

4. Elegánsia Paris operates in the English language and offers the possibility to carry out services in both English and Dutch. However, the company is established in France and therefore French law always applies to these General Terms and Conditions. The French and Spanish languages are used for translations, marketing communication and possibly to answer service-oriented questions without bookings. Official requests for services to be provided in a language other than English and Dutch are explicitly rejected by Elegánsia Paris. Legal requests are always only accepted in the French language by Elegánsia Paris.

Article 3 - Establishment and execution of the agreement

 

1.The agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer is concluded immediately at the moment that requests for bookings are made and a payment is made on behalf of the consumer. The request for confirmation of availability and the payment are both confirmed separately by the entrepreneur.

 

2.The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse requests for services and payments. For example, if there is a suspicion that there are fraudulent requests and payments.

 

3. The entrepreneur has the obligation to execute the agreement as agreed with the consumer. If this is not possible, the consumer must be informed of this by the entrepreneur. If no alternative can be offered or is not accepted by the consumer, the entrepreneur will immediately process a refund to the consumer within 24 hours.

 

4. After confirmation of receipt of payment, the consumer will receive an e-mail with a link for a zoom appointment and whatsapp call time. The consumer is offered two means for the service. The consumer is free to choose which means is an option.

 

Article 4 – Prices

 

1.The prices on the Elegánsia Paris website are given in euros and include VAT. This is the final price of the services made to the consumer.

 

2.All prices mentioned on the website are always subject to changes in the price.

 

Article 5 – Payment

 

1.Payments to Elegánsia Paris are only made by online payment order.

 

2.Payments are made by: Credit card [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB] , Klarna, Bancontact, Apple Pay, EPS, Link and Paypal.

 

3.Bookings are paid according to one of the payment methods chosen by the customer from paragraph 2 of this article.

 

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

 

If the consumer waives a consultation or advice after payment and an appointment cannot be kept, the entrepreneur will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 24 hours from the moment of the request for reimbursement to the consumer. Orders that are sensitive to limited availability will be refunded if no service can be provided due to non-availability of tickets or reservations.

 

Article 7 - Exclusion of right of withdrawal

 

If the service is provided for a consultation or advice and the agreement as previously agreed with the consumer has been executed, there is no possibility to process a refund. For the "assignments" service, a cancellation can never take place after receipt of payment. The work performed, such as purchased tickets, will be shared with the consumer via PDF document despite refusal and not by telephone in the event of refusal after receipt of payment.

 

Article 8 - Liability & Disclaimer

 

Elegansia Paris is not responsible for services offered by parties that pretend to be Elegánsia Paris with the intention of defrauding consumers. This applies to both websites and social media accounts. Elegánsia Paris makes Lives on Tiktok to guarantee the reliability of the Elegánsia Paris account on TikTok. Furthermore, the social media accounts of Elegánsia Paris are used as a marketing channel and referral to the only website of Elegánsia Paris https://www.elegansiaparis-bookings.com/ The consultations and advice offered as services are intended to provide as much information and experiences as possible from Elegánsia Paris about leisure in Paris.
